NIL, The Dayton Way
PROTECT OUR INTEGRITY
We will have pride in our work.
All income will be legitimately earned by student-athletes through responsible partnerships and authentic work.
STEWARD OUR COMMUNITY
We will facilitate opportunities that offer inclusive benefits—for our student-athletes, the University, fans, and the region.
We aim to deepen these relationships and strengthen the ties in our community beyond campus and alumni.
IMPROVE OUR FUTURE
We continue to focus on sustainable relationships with long-term mutual benefit, not fleeting transactions for talent acquisition.
The choices we make now will better position all stakeholders for the future.
