While local business and community partners have directly compensated Dayton athletes for advertisements or promotions and personal appearances, we need all alumni and fans to participate to help our players!
We understand… NIL can be polarizing. And it feels somewhat obscure to the majority of fans. This is not different from the introduction of the 3-point line and the 30-second shot clock… NIL will require a transition period aided by messaging and awareness to create a larger understanding and, subsequently, a larger support system around it.
But, we need your support. In order for Dayton 6th to reach our goals, and to continue to make Dayton a destination basketball program, we need support from all fans. As the saying goes, “many hands make for small work”. Contributions of any amount make a BIG difference.
What does that mean? We need every member of the Flyer Faithful to support Dayton 6th in a way that resonates with you.

For decades, sellouts have been a hallmark of the Dayton Flyers basketball program. NOW, it’s time to take our in-arena support and the passion of the Flyer Faithful to the world of name, image, and likeness (NIL).
Dayton 6th gives individual fans a simple way to contribute explicitly to the Dayton Flyers basketball program’s ability to compete and win in today’s college athletics.
